What we collect, and what we don’t

Last updated [28.08.2026]

The short version

This policy covers the Poker Manager desktop application, the website at pokermanager.me, and buying a licence. It is written by [EasyDoneOnline], who you can reach at easydoneonline@gmail.com.

The application

Poker Manager runs entirely on your computer. It makes no network requests of any kind: no licence check, no update check, no usage reporting, no error reporting. You can run it on a machine that has never been connected to the internet and every feature will work.

What it stores, and where

Everything is written to your own computer, under %APPDATA%\Poker Manager:

WhatWhere and why
Players and gamespoker-data.json — the names, buy-ins, results, points and settings you enter.
Backupsbackups\ — a dated copy each time you save a game, the last 30 kept.
Soundssounds\ — copies of any audio files you choose.
Your licencelicence.json — the key you entered and the date this computer was activated.
Club logoInside poker-data.json, if you added one.

These files are yours. Nothing reads them but the app, and you can copy, move or delete them whenever you like. Deleting the folder erases everything the app has ever stored.

The machine ID

The activation screen shows a twelve-character code such as PP6Q-DQR3-C4XW. It is a one-way hash of an identifier Windows generates when it is installed, and it exists so that you can quote something specific if you ever need support.

It contains no personal information, cannot be reversed into anything about you or your computer, and is never transmitted anywhere. It is worked out on your machine, shown on your screen, and that is the end of it. Licence keys are not tied to it.

Your licence key

Keys are checked offline. The app carries a list of one-way hashes and compares your key against them locally. It does not contact us or anyone else to validate a key, which is why activation works with the network off.

The website

pokermanager.me is a set of static files with no accounts, no comments and no forms. It sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, so there is nothing to consent to.

It is hosted by Netlify, and the domain runs through Cloudflare. Like any web host, they record ordinary server logs — IP address, browser, page requested, timestamp — which are used to serve the site and protect it from abuse. That data is held by them under their own policies, not by us.

Buying a licence

Checkout is handled by Payhip, with payment processed by Stripe or PayPal. When you buy:

That information is kept so we can help if you lose your key, need it on a new computer, or ask for a refund. It is not used for anything else, and there is no mailing list.

Support email. If you write to us, that email sits in a Gmail inbox along with whatever you chose to tell us. We keep support correspondence so we can pick up a conversation later, and you are welcome to ask us to delete it.

What we never do

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email easydoneonline@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. In practice, what we hold is your purchase record and any emails you have sent.

Deleting your purchase record means we can no longer reissue your key or verify that you bought a licence, so it is worth keeping your own copy of the key first.

Anything stored inside the app is under your control and not ours. To remove it, delete the folder described above, or use Settings → Erase everything.

Children

Poker Manager is not aimed at children and is not sold to them. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Since the app collects nothing, any change is likely to concern the website or the checkout rather than the software itself.
